Here are some quick tips to get you started:
The Office of Institutional Advancement can pull Alumni lists to assess if the event is feasible based on the number of Alumni in your area as well as help you choose the type of event based on the demographic of Alumni in your area.
Sporting events, museum visits, historic site tours, brunch, dinner - the options are endless! We’ll help you brainstorm the best place to host an event and what dates and times work best.
资助一项活动:作为Alumni活动的主持人, you are responsible for incurred costs associated with the event. 然而, these costs often can be offset by charging guests an admission fee, which our office can help collect with an online registration. Costs can also be shared with multiple hosts, or by having guests purchase their own tickets, 食物, 饮料, 等.
